Miodrag Vukovic, Ana Djuric & Milena Cavic Present Liquid Biopsy Approaches in Lung Cancer at the PhotoSCLART Workshop

Miodrag Vukovic, Ana Djuric and Milena Cavic participated at the PhotoSCLART Workshop "Novel Approaches in Contemporary Anticancer Therapy" organized by the project "Development of nature-inspired photo responsive anticancer agents - sclareol and artemisinin derivatives in cancer multidrug-resistance models: a foundation for the theranostic approach – PhotoSCLART" (Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, grant No. 7005) on October 2, 2026 in Belgrade, Serbia.

Miodrag Vukovic and Milena Cavic presented lectures on the use of liquid biopsy in diagnostics of lung cancer and highlighted the EXPAND-EV approach focused on the use of extracellular vesicles from biological sources, including EVs from plasma and pleural effusion of patients with lung cancer.
