Snežana Bjelogrlić - Secondment from IORS to GENOS

Dr. Snezana Bjelogrlić from Institute for Oncology and Radiology of Serbia (IORS) performed her secondments at GENOS in Zagreb, Croatia, from September 08. to October 09. 2026., hosted by Filip Kliček.

During her stay, Snezana was involved in optimization of critical steps within the existing protocol settings for N-glycome extraction from isolated extracellular vesicles (EVs) samples. These methodological standardizations had to be performed in order to ensure future consistency in quality of results from acquired EV samples irrespectively of their origin (human plasma or exudate, cancer cell lines), in accordance with WP5 project plan. Dr. Bjelogrlić also accomplished valuable knowledge exchange and scientific collaboration with Marija Tursunović and Jovana Terzić, both research assistants from Faculty of Chemistry University of Belgrade.
