Niki Vassilaki & George Mpekoulis - Secondments from HPI to RWTH

In February 2025, Niki Vassilaki and George Mpekoulis from the Hellenic Pasteur Institute (HPI) traveled to Germany to collaborate with scientists at RWTH Aachen University (RWTH), as part of the EXPAND-EV project.

Their visit focused on an advanced research project aimed at isolating extracellular vesicles from plants. Niki extended her stay throughout the month of March to further explore and deepen her expertise in this cutting-edge field of research.
